Seeking a compassionate and dedicated WV Licensed Therapist, the full-time position will provide individualized clinical services to at-risk youth and families, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy both remotely and onsite. Key responsibilities Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated services responsive to individual needs Required qualifications A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling At least 1 year of experience in child welfare services A valid professional Master's level, provisional, or full license in social work, therapy, or counseling Understanding of cultural influences on human behavior Ability to foster respectful partnerships with clients and their families
