Position: Public Benefits Application Specialists
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $40-$100 per hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Minimum of 10 hours per week
Role Responsibilities
- Claim tasks across key social services and public benefit areas that people commonly seek AI assistance with
- Design and write clear, realistic prompts reflecting real-world public benefits and social services scenarios
- Execute assigned tasks and provide evidence of completion
- Write detailed evaluation rubrics to assess AI performance on public benefits–related tasks
- Contribute expertise to improve AI understanding of nuanced, real-life public benefits workflows
Requirements
- Experience with social services or public benefits processes
- Strong writing and critical thinking skills
- Ability to design realistic, real-world task scenarios
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
