Job TitleWorkplace Integration (WPI) Data CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workplace Integration (WPI) Data Coordinator to support vehicle launch activities in a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. This role will coordinate launch data, timing plans, KPIs, readiness metrics, and reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Maintain vehicle launch timing plans, milestones, and program tracking systems. Track and report KPIs, readiness metrics, glide paths, and Plan-vs-Actual performance. Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from cross-functional teams. Identify risks, gaps, schedule variances, and recovery opportunities. Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, scorecards, and presentations. Coordinate WPI processes, meetings, reviews, documentation, and stakeholder actions. Support pilot builds, production readiness, launch events, and resource planning. Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and Lean initiatives.Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboards/data visualization. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of automotive manufacturing experience.
Experience with vehicle launches, production startup, or launch readiness. Knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean Manufacturing.
Experience summarizing complex data for leadership.
