nYour Role
nAs a QSM wound care provider, you will deliver bedside surgical wound care, perform detailed documentation, and maintain collaborative relationships with care teams across assigned facilities.
nEssential Requirements
n- n
- Unencumbered NP (Adult/Geriatric/Family), or PA license n
- Strong communication and customer service skills n
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation n
- Ability to independently manage clinical judgment and documentation n
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work onsite with patients n
- Availability by phone during working hours n
- Attendance at required meetings and annual corporate conferences n
- Possible telehealth responsibilities n
Preferred Qualifications
n- n
- Wound care experience (not required) n
- 2+ years of provider experience (new grads welcome!) n
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 n
