CareRite Centers is seeking a compassionate Wound Care RN/LPN to provide specialized wound management within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate advanced wound care treatments for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, educate residents and families, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
