Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning:

Assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans for wound management

Assessments:

Complete regular wound assessments and document changes

Triage & Interventions:

Assist to handle necessary changes for wound care, physicians' orders and collaboration with care providers & families

Regulatory Standards:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, county & company health/safety regulations for staff education requirements

Quality Assurance:

Audit documentation & care for quality control/compliance

Family & Team Liaison:

Communicates changes in wound presentation to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Team Resource:

Provide ongoing training, orientation & staff in-service for clinical skills, safety protocols & best practice. Observes competency.

Does This Sound Like You?

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• High level understanding of leadership, customer service and clinical competency
• Experience in wound care management and staff education
• Experience in clinical leadership
