Schedule: Full-Time

About Us
Schervier Rehab and Nursing Center is a well‑respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to providing the highest standard of care for our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse .
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide and document wound care treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor wound healing progress and communicate updates to physicians and families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care
- Educate nursing staff on wound prevention, care techniques, and infection control practices
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State
- Prior wound care experience required (WCC certification preferred)
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Compassionate and professional demeanor with a commitment to quality care
