Requirements

- Ideally 1 Year of experience in an SNF setting, open to transferrable experience including new grads
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all open wounds, including cleaning and dressing
- Complete admission paperwork for new residents
- Provide advice and support to residents and their families
- Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments
- Document resident care services accurately
- Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols
- Resolve resident problems using multidisciplinary team strategies
