PureHealth is seeking a Wound Care LPN to join our post-acute care team on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will provide individualized nursing care under the direction of the RN, focusing on wound care, patient comfort, and safety.
In this role, you will administer medications, document care in the EMR, participate in care planning, and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and families to support positive patient outcomes.
