APRN – Wound Care Specialist (D.C. Region)

We are seeking an experienced clinician who is ready to hit the ground running.

• The Role: Provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across the D.C. area

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct wound care experience in nursing homes required

• Licensure: Active APRN / Nurse Practitioner license in Washington, D.C. (or compact equivalent)

• Clinical Mastery: Strong clinical judgment, exceptional interpersonal skills, and effective communication

• Autonomy: Comfortable working independently across multiple SNFs and collaborating directly with facility care teams

• Mobility: Willingness to travel within the region to maintain a full-time caseload (approximately 8 facilities)
