Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to…
- Cultivate meaningful, God-honoring gatherings
- Plan and lead worship services and special events
- Lead and develop the worship team
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers
Qualifications
- Salvation, believer’s baptism, and continued spiritual growth
- Humble, relational, organized, and dependable
- Able to lead across generations and diverse backgrounds
- Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
- Musical ability (guitar or piano preferred) and experience leading worship
- Basic familiarity with worship tech (or willingness to learn)
Additional Opportunity
- This role may expand into an Associate Pastor position for called & qualified candidates
- This can come with increased responsibilities and compensation
