Clayton Homes seeks a seasoned TMX Manager to oversee Team Member Experience at the site level, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and payroll processes. You’ll partner with plant leaders to improve engagement, retention, and performance across the facility.

You will guide HR policy implementation, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop leaders through targeted organizational development programs and data-driven action planning.
