Supporting Product Acceptance & Support (PAS) contact center operations, the full-time Workload Allocation Coordinator will manage workload allocation processes, monitor operational metrics, and assist in balancing work across multiple contact centers, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite as needed. Key responsibilities Manage, maintain, and improve the workload allocation and tracking process for PAS-supported contact centers Support workload forecasting and real-time allocation decisions while monitoring workload volumes and operational metrics Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into workload performance and resource utilization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, workforce coordination, business analysis, or contact center operations Experience in collecting and analyzing operational data for management decision-making Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint U.S. citizenship required
