Responsible for ensuring the cleaning and maintaining of assigned property is completed according to contractual specifications.What You'll Do As An Exceptional Team MemberMaintain all oversight of porters and matronsAssign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignmentsPerform quality control to conform with Harvard and customer standardsTrain new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniquesEnsure proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered toOrder and issue supplies and equipmentCheck work ticketsResponsible for general equipment maintenanceManage general cleaningWhat You'll Need To Be An Extraordinary Team MemberHigh school diplomaMinimum of 3 years' experience in the cleaning/janitorial fieldPrevious supervisory experience preferredValid state driver's licenseMust be able to communicate in EnglishMust be able to write basic business documentsThe Harvard PromiseJoin our team of extraordinary people committed to delivering exceptional service.
