This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high-quality standards, and can balance team management with production responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who leads from the front, takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and is passionate about growing both the team and the business.

This individual should be equally comfortable polishing a vehicle as they are managing staff and interacting with customers.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & ProductionPerform high-level detailing services including paint correction, ceramic coatings, interior restoration, and vehicle protection servicesEnsure all vehicles meet Color Correctors' quality standards before deliveryMaintain workflow efficiency, scheduling, and job prioritizationMonitor equipment, chemicals, and inventory levelsTeam LeadershipSupervise, train, and mentor detailing techniciansLead by example with strong work ethic and attention to detailAssign daily tasks and ensure productivity goals are metConduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coachingCustomer ExperienceCommunicate with customers regarding services, timelines, and expectationsHandle customer concerns professionally and ensure satisfactionAssist with upselling services such as ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), and maintenance packagesSales & Business DevelopmentSupport sales efforts by recommending appropriate servicesBuild relationships with dealerships, fleet accounts, and repeat clientsTrack job profitability and contribute to revenue growth initiativesAdministrative DutiesManage scheduling, estimates, and invoicingEnsure compliance with company policies and safety standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the shopQualifications3–5+ years of professional automotive detailing experience1–3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferredStrong knowledge of paint correction, polishing systems, and protective coatingsExperience with PPF and tint (or willingness to learn is a plus)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressureValid driver's license and clean driving recordCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement within the companyOngoing training and certification opportunitiesWork EnvironmentFast-paced, team-oriented automotive shopPhysically active role requiring standing, bending, and liftingExposure to detailing chemicals and shop equipment
