The title is derived either from the occupation supervised, e.g., Working Foreman Carpenter, Working Foreman Laborer, or from the operation supervised where different occupations are supervised and none predominates, e.g., Incinerator Working Foreman.Preparing surfaces for painting by washing or scraping paint from old surfaces and placing putty in nail holes and around windows; painting exterior woodwork, trim, etc.; painting and redecorating ceilings, walls, interior woodwork, and fixtures; mixing paints and matching colors; applying decorative or protective coats of varnish, lacquer, or enamel to furniture; stripping and refinishing old furniture; when required, assisting in rigging and moving any necessary scaffolding.Experience Required2 years of experience required in related work.
