This role partners closely with Flight Center leadership to analyze trends, maintain schedules, and provide insights that drive efficiency and Owner satisfaction.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing short-term and long-term forecasts based on historical trends and business inputsAnalyze call/volume patterns and identify drivers of variabilitySupport capacity planning by updating assumptions and modelsCreate and maintain agent schedules aligned to forecasted demandMonitor schedule adherenceAssist with shift preferences, PTO tracking, and schedule optimizationMonitor real-time performance against service level goalsIdentify staffing mismatches and recommend corrective actionsCommunicate intraday updates to operations leadershipProduce daily/weekly performance reportsAnalyze KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesMaintain dashboards and standard reporting toolsPartner with operations leaders to align staffing with business needsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within WFM processesCommunicate effectively with agents and leadership regarding schedule changes and performanceNote: It is not possible to list all required job duties on this form.
