Workforce Management Role
Role: Workforce Management Function MoI: Video followed by F2F Duration: 6+ months w/ conversion Preferred Locations: Parsippany, Toledo, Torrance, Paulsboro.
Key Discussion Points:
- Key Requirement: Strong knowledge of the Workforce Management platform, specifically advanced scheduling.
- Role Focus: Production support for teams and refineries currently using the system, helping with daily issues.
- Technical vs. Functional: Not a technical configuration role; focused on functional operational support.
- Communication Skills: Essential for interacting with vendors and refinery personnel.
- Work Location: Fully on-site, 5 days a week.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience with the Workforce Management system.
- Stakeholders: Operations people, HR, scheduling supervisors, and other scheduling personnel at the site. Refinery managers are also involved during implementation.
- Scheduling Focus: Scheduling people in the workforce system for shifts,
- Volume of Work: High volume of requests/tickets expected, not a boring role.
