Leading a global cybersecurity team, the full-time remote Workforce IAM Manager will manage WIAM governance, service delivery, and risk reduction while driving automation and modernization of workflows. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a global IAM cybersecurity team Define product roadmaps for Workforce IAM, aligning with cybersecurity and business objectives Oversee IAM governance, entitlement reviews, and compliance aligned to regulatory expectations Required qualifications 8 years of experience leading global IT or cybersecurity teams Strong background in Workforce IAM across governance and lifecycle management Experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint and Microsoft Entra ID Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into IAM controls Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models
