Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, Inc. is now seeking a Workforce Engagement Manager for our Monroe Township, NJ location! Bilingual in English & Spanish, must be able to read, write, and speak is required for this role. This position operates on two shifts:
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Two Shifts

Weekend and after-hours availability is essential to this role. Shift assignments may vary based on business needs.
Oversee daily operations of a large Manufacturing Plant
Perform employee check-ins at the start of 1st shift. Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development for employees
Mediate on-site conflicts
Assist in payroll processing for a large number of employees
Perform frequent and thorough walk-throughs of the entire facility to ensure production needs are being met
Strong time management skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish – read, write, speak) required
