Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Work Force Development Specialist 1
Work Force Development Specialist 1 (Boise, ID - Onsite)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
•As a contractor for the Workforce Development team, you will provide support for training and documentation systems, training records, and content materials.
•Documentation Management
oMonitor and follow up on documentation change requests
oMaintain documents using appropriate software, standards, styles, and templates
oEdit and proofread documentation
oWork with content experts to maintain document accuracy
oStore documents in the appropriate repository and follow data management requirements
oMaintain documentation system data
•Learning Management System Admin
oAdhere to learning administrator and training content standards
oMonitor and follow up on training requests
oAudit and update training content and assignments
oCreate and manage on-the-job training (OJT) certifications for controlled documents
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
•Bachelor's or equivalent experience
•2 years of experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes (preference for semiconductor domain).
•Experience administering a learning management system.
•Experience with Microsoft 365 software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Experience with SharePoint.
•2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
