Seeking a full-time Workforce Development & Education Manager, the successful candidate will manage partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations to develop training programs that prepare local talent for data center construction and operations, working in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with community colleges, technical schools, and local workforce boards to support education and training initiatives Collaborate with building trades unions and apprenticeship programs to expand training opportunities aligned with project needs Develop and implement curricula and training programs in partnership with educators and technical experts, ensuring alignment with industry requirements Required Qualifications Seven or more years of experience in workforce development, technical education, or education-industry partnerships Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Experience developing technical training programs with employers and educational institutions Familiarity with trade unions and apprenticeship programs Proven ability to manage programs with multiple partners and competing priorities
