Leading the strategic direction and execution of workforce development initiatives, the full-time Workforce Development Director will develop strategies aligned with customer mission requirements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure program delivery meets quality standards in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic direction, execution, and growth of Department of War workforce development initiatives Develop and implement workforce development strategies that address customer needs and emerging skill requirements Oversee program delivery, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality standards Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in workforce development, instructional design, education, or a related field At least 10 years of experience in workforce development or instructional design 5 years of experience leading complex workforce development programs Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory Ability to obtain and maintain a government secret security clearance
