With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence.Summary: Responsible for both administrative tasks and support for leadership in all areas related to workforce development programs with a focus on one or more of the following program areas: tuition assistance, workforce development programs, or other similar programs.Minimum Qualifications:HS Graduate or Equivalent GEDAssociates Degree - preferredExperience:Experience conducting peer audits to ensure compliance and maintain quality standardsExperience with data management and reportingExperience in ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in documentation, including verifying calculations and ensuring alignment with policy requirementsExperience in Excel, using specific functions, formulas, and toolsBilingual (English - Spanish)Facility: BayCare Health System, Workforce Development-BCHSLocation: BayCare System Office WestStatus: Part Time, 40 hours per pay period (2 weeks)Shift Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pmWeekend Work: NoneOn Call: NoHow often will this team member be working remotely?
