Workforce Development & Training ManagerDaMar Staffing Solutions is seeking a Workforce Development & Training Manager to support the continued growth of its Consulting Division through workforce development initiatives, employer partnerships, training operations, community engagement, and program expansion efforts. This is a newly created leadership role ideal for a strategic, operationally focused, and relationship-driven professional who is passionate about workforce development, training facilitation, community impact, and organizational growth. The Workforce Development & Training Manager will play a key role in helping build scalable workforce and training programs focused on: Community Health Worker (CHW) programs Professional development training (For i.e.
Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing) Workforce engagement and retention initiatives Employer workforce solutions Behavioral health and community-based workforce support Leadership and professional development training Program growth and operational implementation This position will work closely with leadership, employers, healthcare organizations, community partners, workforce agencies, and training participants to support both internal and external workforce development initiatives across Indiana and surrounding markets.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Facilitation & Program DeliveryFacilitate workforce development and training programs both virtually and in personLead classroom instruction, workshops, employer sessions, and workforce development presentationsSupport onboarding, training engagement, and participant success initiativesAssist with development and implementation of training curriculum and learning materialsMaintain a high-quality participant experience across all training platforms and delivery methodsLearning Platform & Operational ManagementManage utilization and administration of training and learning management platformsCoordinate participant enrollment, attendance tracking, training documentation, and completion recordsMonitor training schedules, instructor coordination, and operational logisticsSupport continuous improvement of training systems, workflows, and participant processesEnsure training compliance and reporting standards are maintainedWorkforce Development & Employer PartnershipsDevelop and maintain relationships with employers, healthcare organizations, community agencies, and workforce partnersSupport employer engagement initiatives related to workforce retention, employee support, and CHW integrationParticipate in community meetings, networking events, and workforce development initiativesAssist with identifying partnership opportunities and new program expansion effortsProgram Outcomes & ReportingTrack training participation, completion rates, workforce outcomes, and program performance metricsAssist leadership with reporting, data collection, operational analysis, and program improvement recommendationsSupport grant-related tracking, reporting requirements, and workforce development documentationHelp evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for scalability and growthProgram Growth & Strategic InitiativesPartner with leadership on consulting division growth initiatives and workforce strategyAssist with expansion of training programs, employer partnerships, and community engagement effortsSupport operational planning and implementation of new workforce development opportunitiesContribute ideas and strategies to strengthen program visibility, sustainability, and long-term impactQualificationsExperience in workforce development, training coordination, healthcare, education, staffing, nonprofit, consulting, or community-based programs preferredPrevious experience facilitating training or presenting to groups strongly preferredStrong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable leading both virtual and in-person training sessionsExperience with learning platforms, training systems, or LMS technology preferredStrong operational mindset with attention to detail and follow-throughExperience with behavioral health, CHW programs, healthcare, workforce development, or community outreach is a plusPreferred BackgroundsCandidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:Workforce DevelopmentCommunity Health Worker (CHW) ProgramsBehavioral HealthHealthcare OperationsCommunity OutreachTraining & DevelopmentHuman ServicesAdult Education Program CoordinationConsulting or Workforce InitiativesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $70,000 – $95,000 Leadership growth and advancement opportunities Professional development support Performance incentive opportunities Group Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO)Benefits & PerksAt DaMar, we are committed to supporting employees both professionally and personally.
