Workforce and Operations Business Partner (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Workforce and Operations Business Partner to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping shape workforce and organizational priorities that support operational performance. The position will translate business strategy into actionable people and performance recommendations, with a particular focus on workforce planning, team effectiveness, and leadership alignment. This is a highly cross-functional role that will connect Operations, Finance, Technology, and other teams to help drive meaningful business outcomes during periods of change and growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 - $190,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and participate in key business decisions
• Translate business priorities into a workforce and performance agenda
• Connect workforce recommendations to key business outcomes
• Diagnose and improve organizational structures and team effectiveness
• Lead workforce planning and recommendations across various teams and technologies
• Identify and address systemic performance barriers
• Coordinate integrated support for strategic changes across teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR business partnership or related fields
• Experience working with senior leaders in Operations, Finance, or Technology
• Ability to translate business strategies into workforce recommendations
• Familiarity with change management, technology adoption, and M&A integration
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience in team leadership and development
• Proven ability to build trust and influence across the organization
