Responsible for the development and delivery of workforce analytics, the full-time Workforce Analytics Consultant will create scorecards, dashboards, and reports to support human capital management decisions while working remotely during core business hours, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver workforce analytics and reporting tools to aid in workforce planning and decision-making Provide real-time and forecasted data to influence business outcomes and drive strategic initiatives Utilize creativity and analytical skills to analyze data and present insights effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum three years of experience in an analytical role Experience with data analysis, data visualization, forecasting, and modeling Proficiency in SQL or a similar programming language preferred One year of experience with Workday Adaptive is preferred
