Workforce Analytics Consultant

To enhance workforce planning and forecasting, the remote Workforce Analytics Model Standardization Consultant will improve the usability and maintainability of Google Sheets-based models, standardize documentation, and support recurring workflows over a ~4 month contract period. Key responsibilities: Standardize and clean high-burden Google Sheets models for structure, readability, and maintainability Document and archive spreadsheet models, including source data, dependencies, and known limitations Support the monthly workforce planning and forecasting cycle by managing routine tasks and improving workflow structures Required qualifications: 6+ years in analytics, workforce planning, FP&A analytics, or related fields with end-to-end project ownership experience Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and interconnected files Experience reverse-engineering undocumented spreadsheet models and documenting their functionality Ability to independently pull and validate data using SQL or equivalent tools Strong stakeholder-discovery skills and experience in documenting and handing off work effectively
