Seeking a customer-focused Workflow Support Engineer, this full-time remote position will manage first-line technical support for the Nutrient Workflow platform, handling customer tickets, debugging live production instances, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently. Key responsibilities Own first-line technical support by taking customer and partner tickets to allow engineers to focus on product development Debug live production instances, tracing issues from symptom to root cause across the application, infrastructure, and cloud layers Build AI-powered automations and internal tooling to enhance the efficiency of ticket triage and resolution Required qualifications Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as support engineering or solutions engineering, with end-to-end problem ownership Proficiency in debugging live production systems and a working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS Experience utilizing AI tools for automation in technical processes Clear and empathetic communication skills for both written responses and live customer interactions Familiarity with Kubernetes, workflow automation, or BPM platforms is a plus
