Supervising the Workers' Compensation team, the full-time Workers Compensation Supervisor will assist the Workers' Compensation Director with process improvements, employee training, and development while managing departmental performance and productivity. Key responsibilities Oversee the Workers' Compensation Department, addressing employee performance and disciplinary issues while ensuring fairness and consistency Develop and monitor benchmarks for individual and team productivity, ensuring department goals are met Conduct training for new hires and provide ongoing development for existing employees through various training methods Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA strongly preferred One to three years of experience in Workers' Compensation One to three years of supervisory experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn AcciClaim software Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and develop effective resolutions
