Workers' Compensation Supervisor

Providing day-to-day leadership and operational support, the full-time remote Workers' Compensation Supervisor will manage a team responsible for investigating and coordinating Workers' Compensation insurance benefits while ensuring performance, quality, and client service standards are met. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and support team members to foster a collaborative work environment Supervise the team to ensure accurate and efficient completion of work within service level expectations Resolve complex accounts and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required One (1) year or more of supervisory or team leadership experience Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Workers' Compensation or related healthcare reimbursement fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Knowledge of medical billing and insurance claims processing, specifically in Workers' Compensation
