Key responsibilities Navigate through proprietary databases to process and resolve claims with subrogation potential Document all activities related to recovery, including conversations, correspondence, and file updates Handle workers compensation subrogation files, ensuring compliance with applicable state laws and statutes Required qualifications Experience in workers compensation subrogation or related field Proficiency in using multiple computer systems and basic programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong work ethic with a commitment to task ownership and completion Excellent time management and organizational skills for remote work Ability to manage difficult conversations and demonstrate conflict management skills
