Workers’ Compensation Program Manager: Lead Return-to-Work

Bluegrass Orthopaedics is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Manager to lead our workers’ comp program. You’ll own the full journey from referral to case completion, collaborating with physicians, employers, adjusters, and nurse case managers to deliver timely care and rapid return-to-work outcomes.

You will develop the team, oversee workflow, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements while traveling between our sites and to employers as needed. The role is full-time and based in Kentucky.
