You can live anywhere in California and build a career without sacrificing the life you have built outside of work.What you get:$160,000 to $230,000 a year depending on experience$12,000 annual car allowanceBilling bonuses and referral bonusesFull benefits package100 percent remote work with only occasional travel to California WCAB for hearings and appearancesA team and leadership known for integrity and genuine support of their attorneysProfessional growth in a firm that values the people who show up every dayWhat you will be doing:Managing a caseload of 60 to 75 workers' compensation defense files from inception through resolutionTaking depositions and appearing before California WCAB venues as neededDeveloping legal strategies to resolve claims efficientlyNegotiating and settling cases and lien mattersDrafting pleadings, motions, reports and correspondenceMaintaining client relationships and responding to inquiries within 24 hoursWhat you need to bring:Active California law license in good standingMinimum one year of California workers' compensation defense experienceStrong litigation, negotiation and deposition skillsAbility to independently manage a caseloadMust be based anywhere in CaliforniaHiring is immediate.
