Requirements
- Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred.
- Active California State Bar membership in good standing required.
- Experience with Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation is a plus.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
California State Bar membership.
