Salary Range:
- 2-5 years: $150,000 - $190,000
- 5-7 years: $200,000
- 7-10 years: $210,000
- 10+ years: $220,000
- 2+ years of workers' compensation defense experience
- Strong litigation, case management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage an active caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
