KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and defend California Workers’ Compensation Defense claims
- Handle hearings, depositions, and negotiations
- Draft pleadings, reports, and legal correspondence
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients
- Develop case-specific defense strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctorate or LLM
- Previous Experience in Workers Comp highly preferred
- California State Bar
- Proven ability to provide sound legal advice and conduct thorough legal research
