They are seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to independently manage a caseload while receiving strong administrative and team support.
Position Overview
The attorney will be responsible for handling workers' compensation defense matters from inception through resolution. This role requires strong litigation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation defense files from start to finish
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Review medical records and develop case strategies
• Conduct discovery and ensure adherence to litigation deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Prior experience in workers' compensation defense preferred
• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently in a fast-paced environment

• Remote work schedule based in Orange County, California
• Travel required to WCAB venues in Orange County, Los Angeles, and surrounding areas
• Attorneys are given autonomy while working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment

• Salary up to $175,000+ (commensurate with experience)
