Job Details
Position: Insurance/Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney (Remote, CA licensed). Reports highlight a remote role and note: no longer including non-applicable boilerplate .
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in workers’ compensation defense matters
- Handle subrogation and related defense work
- Defense of wrongful termination and other employment-related matters
- Address serious and willful defense cases
- Defense of professional athlete injuries and related claims
- Manages workers’ compensation fraud claims and insurance coverage issues
- Involve Longshore and Harbor workers’ compensation matters where applicable
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in California
- Experience in workers’ compensation defense, subrogation, and related areas is preferred
