Job Details
- Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid schedule)
- Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Handle workers’ compensation defense matters as part of an experienced Atlanta-based team
- Work closely with established attorneys on case strategy, file handling, and day-to-day litigation responsibilities
- Build knowledge of firm systems, client expectations, and internal processes while developing professionally
- Contribute to a collaborative office environment with strong support and training
What We’re Looking For / Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Georgia bar license, or planning to sit for the Georgia bar exam in 2025
- At least 1 year of workers’ compensation defense experience, or a genuine interest in building a career in workers’ compensation defense
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
- Someone who is eager to learn, grow, and be part of an in-office team environment
