Workers' Compensation Coordinator (Fully Remote)

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and educators when reporting new incidents. Complete initial claim intake, gather documentation, and submit filings to insurance carriers. Track open claims through their lifecycle and act as a liaison between injured educators and adjusters. What You'll Do: Partner with the Workers' Compensation Program Manager to design and roll out a Return-to-Work program. Check in regularly with injured educators and organize medical work-status notes. Maintain claims tracking dashboards, OSHA logs, and audit records. What We're Looking For: 1–3 years of Workers' Compensation administrative coordination or claims assistance experience. Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks. Empathetic communication skills and comfort using spreadsheets or claims management software.
