Workers' Compensation Compliance Analyst

Overseeing regulatory compliance activities, the full-time Claims Compliance Analyst will manage compliance with Workers' Compensation statutes, review claim filings, and collaborate with state regulatory authorities in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Monitor and enforce compliance with workers' compensation regulations and internal procedures Review and analyze claim filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions Develop and deliver compliance training and educational materials for claims staff Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of commercial insurance claims experience, particularly in workers' compensation Strong working knowledge of workers' compensation regulations Experience in auditing, regulatory compliance, or compliance monitoring within the insurance industry preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
