Workers Compensation Claims Trainee

To support recent graduates seeking a meaningful career, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Trainee will engage in a 6-month paid, fully remote immersive learning experience focused on claims management, client service, and professional development. Key responsibilities: Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to gain foundational insurance knowledge and claims operations expertise Shadow experienced claims professionals and progressively take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support empathetic claims handling and ensure compliance with client service instructions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred; other candidates with proven experience will be considered Computer literacy, including strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Demonstrated adaptability to changes in procedures and technology Active listening and problem-solving skills
