Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead

To lead multiple teams of examiners and technical staff in adjudicating complex workers' compensation claims, the full-time remote Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead will supervise operations, provide training, and ensure timely claims resolution while leveraging jurisdictional knowledge in CA or NV. Key responsibilities Analyze and process complex general liability claims, managing them through well-developed action plans Oversee the litigation process to ensure timely and cost-effective claims resolution Lead team meetings, assign accountability for follow-up items, and provide performance feedback to colleagues Required qualifications 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred Knowledge of workers' compensation jurisdiction in CA or NV Experience in supervising and developing team performance
