To analyze workers' compensation claims on behalf of clients, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Examiner - CA/NV Licensed will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients, with flexibility for remote work options. Key responsibilities Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority limits Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience Must hold a valid license in California or Nevada Professional certification relevant to the line of business is preferred
