Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster

Managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims, the full-time remote Senior Claims Adjuster will evaluate complex claims, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service while working with internal and external partners. Key responsibilities Independently handle high dollar, high exposure, and complex workers' compensation claims from set-up to closure Serve as a point of contact for partner agents and customers, providing claim guidance and status updates Mitigate exposure and negotiate settlements while ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and best practices Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 5 years of workers' compensation claim adjusting experience, preferably with a carrier background Active licensing in applicable states is required Experience in claims across multiple jurisdictions, particularly FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, and AL Advanced knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements related to claims adjudication and litigation management
