Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct claims analysis, discovery, and case investigation
- Represent clients at hearings, negotiations, and settlement conferences
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented practice
- Minimum 3 years of experience practicing law, with required exposure to workers' compensation matters
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Oklahoma
- Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
