Compensation: 75k - 100k + Bonus

Position Overview
The successful candidate will handle a workers' compensation caseload from initial consultation through resolution, serving as a trusted advocate for clients while working alongside a team of experienced legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workers' compensation claims through all phases of litigation
- Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and supporting documentation
- Analyze medical records, employment records, and case evidence
- Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable outcomes
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure exceptional client service
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Connecticut Bar license or ability to obtain admission
- Workers' compensation experience preferred
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
