Workers Compensation Attorney for law firm located in Irvine CA
This is a Direct Hire or Temporary to Hire opportunity, Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (hours subject to fluctuation) with possible Overtime, as needed.
Prior Workers Compensation Attorney experience is required, with pay rate range as follows:
1+ year $125,000 plus bonus of 3% on fees collected from settlements
3+ years $145,000 plus bonus of 3% on fees collected from settlements
Essential Responsibilities:
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 Per Year

- Attend hearings/trials
- Attend depositions
- Case plan and analyze the case
- Value and send demands
- Talk to clients
- Talk to defense counsel
