We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of New York Workers'
Compensation experience, in good standing, and the ability to independently manage a busy
caseload while providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
? Manage a full Workers; Compensation caseload from intake through resolution.
? Represent clients at hearings, depositions, conferences, and settlement negotiations.
? Maintain regular communication with clients and provide legal guidance throughout the
case.
? Oversee the intake process and evaluate new matters.
? Supervise and mentor paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff.
? Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
? Ensure compliance with all deadlines and Workers Compensation Board requirements.
? Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
? J.D. from an accredited law school.
? Active New York Bar admission and good standing.
? Minimum of 5 years of New York Workers Compensation experience.
? Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.
? Experience handling hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
? Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary $200,000 - $220,000.
